Alexander-Real Estate LLC was founded on the 5th of July 1993 in Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation and began working as a real estate market operator. Since 2001 the company arranged a representative network all over Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
From the very beginning of our activities we obtained the acknowledgement among the professional community. Alexander-Real Estate Agency was a prize-winner in various nominations "Professional Acknowledgement" of Kaissa Award, established by Saint-Petersburg Realtors` Association in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005. Kaissa Award is well-known as the first-rate professional contest in the domain of real estate having been carried out for more than 12 years.
Nowadays more than 800 certified specialists in the field of real estate work in our company. Alexander-Real Estate LLC deals with all types of real estate assets: apartment houses, blocks of flats, country-houses, commercial real estate, newly-erected buildings.
Consistent growth and aspiration for clients` benefits led to organizing of 5 offices in Saint-Petersburg and 16 branches in Leningrad Oblast. All the offices are united into one IT-area, having modern technical equipment and software.All the branches work according to the approved corporate standards: IT and contract bases, rate schedule for service payment, general system of security and liability.
